The price you pay for goods ordered is the price specified on this website including gst (goods and services tax) which we are legally required to collect from you. You also agree to pay the delivery and handling fee .
You are liable for any and all import duties, customs, and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to - payment of these may be necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
All prices listed are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD). All transactions are billed in NZD.
Supply of Goods
Goods supplied via this site are deemed to be for personal use only, and are not to be resold or used for commercial benefit.
Returns and Exchanges
If you wish to return or exchange a garment, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery. Garment(s) must returned within 7 days. A credit or refund will be given on return of the garment, less shipping costs. Garments must be in unworn, unlaundered, perfect, saleable condition with original tags still attached for this to apply.
Sale garments are eligible for exchange only, provided you advise us of the return within 48 hours of delivery. If your preferred size or colour is unavailable, you will be issued a credit note.
Refunds will not be given for sale garments.
Credit Notes expire 6 months from issue date.
All garments must be accompanied by a completed returns form which we will provide on request.
Shipping costs for returned garments are the responsibility of the purchaser, and we take no responsibility for items lost in the post. For peace of mind, we suggest you return garments via tracked post or courier, and insure parcels just in case.
Returns are available for garments where faults in the garment are our responsibility. Please advise us within 48 hours of delivery, so that we can arrange a replacement garment to be sent to you on return of the faulty garment.
Should a replacement garment not be available, we will provide a credit or refund for the garment, less shipping costs.
For garments that have been worn or laundered, credits or refunds are not issued, unless the fault cannot be remedied by us. If the fault is with us, we will repair and return the garment, or provide a replacement garment should one be available.
Items that are damaged as the result of wear and tear, or incorrect laundering are not deemed to be faulty.
All Carlson products have a care label, that can usually be found stitched into a side seam inside the garment. Care instructions are also listed with the product description for each garment on this website.
Please follow these instructions carefully - we do not recommend any other cleaning method than the one prescribed on the care label.
For dry clean only garments, please choose a trusted and respected dry cleaner.
We do not accept any responsiblity for damaged caused by incorrect laundering.
